How do I request a custom piece of jewelry?
Echo and Maiden does accept custom requests at specific times. Custom orders typically take 6-8 weeks to create. Please plan accordingly. Rush orders may be accepted with an additional fee on a case-by-case basis. We require a non-refundable deposit of 100% of materials when booking the project. How long do Made to Order pieces take?
Currently, Made to Order pieces require 4-6 weeks from the day of purchase to the day the order is posted. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.
I changed my mind and no longer want this piece of jewelry. Can I return it for a refund?
Due to the unique process of creating custom and one-of-a-kind jewelry, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Customers are able to cancel their order within 24 hours of placement. If there is an issue with the item(s) upon delivery, please don’t hesitate to reach out promptly. To cancel an order or to report an issue with a piece, please email echoandmaiden@gmail.com
I saw this piece of jewelry I liked, can you recreate it?
We are more than happy to collaborate with a client on a design. However, we will not replicate any other artist’s work.
Will you do repairs or alter ring sizes?
For repairs or alterations on any Echo and Maiden piece, please contact us via email. Re-sizing silver rings with no stone is $30. Rings with stones are a base pay of $30 but $30 for each stone that needs to be removed and reset. For repairs or alterations made by another artist, please reach out via email. Non-Echo and Maiden repairs will be accepted on a case by case basis with a non-refundable deposit of $45. Shipping costs falls to the customer each way.
I broke my Echo and Maiden piece by accident. Can’t you just fix it fast and for free?
Echo and Maiden cannot be held responsible for the damages accrued to a piece after it has left our studio. Each piece is handmade with semi-precious and precious metals and stones (unless stated otherwise) and is inspected for quality before shipping. Please refrain from wearing your E&M jewels while taking part in physical activity or coming into contact with water. Please email us with any inquiries at echoandmaiden@gmail.com. We will work with you to find the best solution.
